Robert Friedman is a partner in the law firm of Friedman & Ranzenhofer, P.C., which maintains offices in Buffalo, Williamsville, West Seneca, Batavia and Akron, New York. Mr. Friedman is also Clarence Town Attorney and Prosecutor, Akron Village Prosecutor and former Supreme Court hearing officer for Small Claims Assessment Review.

Michael S. Taheri is a partner in the law firm of Condon & Taheri, P.C. and is a former criminal law associate with the Erie County District Attorney’s office. His practice centers around criminal defense, primarily DWI and white collar crime.

He is the author of Look Who’s Adopted!, White Collar Crime: An Overview, Grand Jury Witness, DWI Reference Guide, and Challenging The Breath Test Score. He is the director of the Federal Criminal Law Clinic at the S.U.N.Y. Buffalo School of Law and is a former faculty member of the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program at Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University.
