Robert Friedman, Attorney

Robert received his Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY at Buffalo in 1975 and his Juris Doctorate from Hamline University School of Law in 1977. He was admitted to all New York State courts and to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York in 1979.
He has worked in such Public Service positions as the Clarence Town Attorney and Prosecutor, Akron Village Prosecutor, and Former Hearing Officer for Supreme Court, Small Claims Assessment Review Procedure.
Robert is a columnist for The Buffalo News and has authored several books including:

- How to Survive Legally as a Landlord
- Guide to Successful Debt Collection
- How to Form Your Own "S" Corporation (co-authored)
He is also a respected lecturer at Clarence Community Education, Erie Community College, Erie County Bar Association People's Law School, Frontier Central Community Education, Kenmore-Tonawanda Union Free School District, Niagara County Community College, Villa Maria College of Buffalo, Williamsville Community Education and Erie B.O.C.E.S. His lectures cover such legal topics as:

- reducing property taxes
- estate planning
- living wills
- landlord/tenant law
- real estate law

Michael H. Ranzenhofer, Attorney

Michael received his Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY at Albany in 1976 and his Juris Doctorate from SUNY at Buffalo in 1979. He was admitted to all New York State courts and to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York in 1980. He was also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1985.
Michael has served as an Erie County Legislator for the 16th District since 1989 and was the Minority Leader of the Erie County Legislature from 1993 to 1995.

Elizabeth M. DiPirro, Attorney

Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Science degree from Lemoyne College in 1985 and her Juris Doctorate from SUNY at Buffalo in 1988. She was admitted to all New York State courts in 1989.
She has served as a Consumer Aide for the New York State Attorney General's Office, Division of Consumer Fraud, and is currently serving as Judicial Hearing Officer for Buffalo City Court.
Elizabeth is a member of the Matrimonial and Family Law Sections of the Erie County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.
Fred Friedman, of Counsel

Fred received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from New York University in 1950 and his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1954. He was admitted to all New York State courts in 1955, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York in 1956, the U.S. Supreme Court in 1961, and the U.S. Tax Court in 1963.
Fred served as a Family Court Hearing Officer, Chairman of the Committee on Law and Public Safety, Erie County Charter Review Commission, and Akron Village Attorney. He also lectured at Akron Central Schools and Clarence Central Schools Adult Education.
Fred is a member of the Erie County Judges & Police Conference, where he served as a former Director. He is a former President of the Akron-Clarence Kiwanis Club, the Buffalo & Western New York Council of International Visitors and Clarence Chamber of Commerce, Inc. In 1999, he was the Chairman of S.C.O.R.E. Buffalo Chapter #45.
