Associate Attorney

Friedman & Ranzenhofer, PC offers a unique opportunity for an attorney to grow with our prestigious general practice law firm. We seek a highly organized associate attorney to be a key contributor to our successful Akron, NY firm.

Job Role: This position will support two senior partners with varied client services such as personal injury litigation, DWI/criminal defense, family/matrimonial law, estate planning, probate, commercial litigation and evictions. Duties include counseling clients; drafting pleadings, motions and legal documents; legal research and writing; and court appearances in WNY (currently many are remote, 4-8 hours per week out of the office).

The ideal candidate has several years’ experience in general practice or areas specific to our practice, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the desire to provide legal services to a diverse client base throughout Western New York. Recent graduates admitted to the NY Bar, with relevant law clerk experience, are also encouraged to apply.

Law Clerk Internship Program

Friedman & Ranzenhofer, PC founded in 1955, is accepting applications from highly motivated law students for our 2022-2023 Law Clerk Internship Program.  Our Law Clerk Internship Program is a unique opportunity and perfect position for anyone who is thinking about pursuing a career as a general practice attorney and desires real -world training. This is a paid, part-time or full-time position with the option of working remotely.

A great learning experience that exposed me to new areas of the law and new responsibilities.

We are a rapidly growing four-attorney law firm based in Akron, NY. Our intern will receive on the job training under the close direction of attorneys and paralegals in a wide variety of practice areas in a friendly atmosphere.
