Hazing in the Second Degree (NY PL 120.17) is charged in Rochester when prosecutors believe they can prove that, in the course of another person’s initiation or affiliation with any organization, you intentionally or recklessly engaged in conduct which created a substantial risk of physical injury to the other person, or a third person.
