Aggravated Sexual Abuse in the Fourth Degree (NY PL 130.65a) is a class E felony that Rochester prosecutors charge when you are alleged to have inserted a foreign object into the vagina, urethra, penis, rectum, or anus of another person who is incapable of consent for reasons other than being younger than 17 years old, or when you are alleged to have inserted a finger into those orifices and caused physical injury to a person who is incapable of consent for reasons other than being younger than 17 years old.
