Allegations of sexual crimes against children are considered especially serious by Rochester prosecutors, and cases of Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the First Degree (NY PL 130.75) are prosecuted vigorously here.
The charges allege that over a period of three months or longer, you engaged in multiple events of sexual conduct with a child under the age of 11, or that you are over 18 and committed the same against a person under the age of 13.
Once out, you’ll be required to register as a sex offender, possibly for the rest of your life.
